The Aliso Viejo software developer reported a net loss of $694,000, or 5 cents a share, for the fourth quarter, compared with net income of $44,000, or less than 1 cent a share, for the fourth quarter of 1997. Revenue declined 24% to $2.5 million from $3.3 million. A net loss of $2 million, or 14 cents a share, was posted for the year, compared with a net loss of $1.6 million, or 11 cents a share, for the prior year. Revenue dropped 19% to $9.5 million from $11.7 million.
