Sweet Cream

Maple cream, a thick spread made from reduced maple syrup, is a delicious topping for a scone or biscuit. And maple sugar is wonderful for baking. Maple sugar is sold in most grocery stores, but maple cream is harder to find. We get our cream and sugar by mail order from Plummer’s Sugar House.
