ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Allison Libeu/Basketball, Edison/Senior Libeu scored 18 points in the Chargers’ second victory of the season over second-ranked Marina. It was a big effort for Libeu, who scored only four points in the first game between the teams. Libeu, a three-year starter, is Edison’s third-leading scorer, averaging 10 points per game, its leading free-throw shooter at 76% and team leader in field-goal percentage (50%).
