THE SAFETY ZONE: ACTION LOG

The Times publishes a daily list of police incident reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. The Times prints items as soon as departments make them available. Because many departments release incident reports only weekly, not every community will be represented in each day’s Action Log. Authorities from the following cities released incident reports Thursday:

BREA

* Ash Street: A missing person was reported in the 100 block at 11:11 p.m. Tuesday.

* Brea Mall: A burglary was reported in the 200 block at 5:07 a.m. Tuesday.

* Lambert Road at Puente Street: An injury traffic accident was reported at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY

* Brookhurst Street at Hazard Avenue: A woman was arrested for possessing and selling dangerous weapons at 10:51 p.m. Monday.

* Harbor Boulevard: A stereo was stolen from a car parked at the Kmart in the 16100 block at 7:20 p.m. Sunday.

FULLERTON

* West Baker Avenue: A missing juvenile was reported in the 700 block at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday.

* Chapman Avenue and Euclid Street: Police responded to a report of a drunk person walking in traffic at 5:16 p.m. Monday.

* East Commonwealth Avenue: Police responded to a report of a transient banging on a window at Pizza Hut, begging employees for money, in the 400 block at 11:39 p.m. Monday.

LAGUNA HILLS

* Avenida de la Carlota: A 1999 GMC truck parked in the 23100 block at 9:30 p.m. Monday was reportedly found with its front right passenger window smashed at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. Two cameras worth a total of $200 were reported missing.

* Clarington: The front driver side window was broken on a 1999 Jeep Cherokee parked in the 24700 block Tuesday at 9:55 a.m.

LA HABRA

* North Beach Boulevard: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 700 block at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday.

* Coachwood Street and Teakwood Avenue: Police responded to a report of an individual throwing bottles in public at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday.

PLACENTIA

* Alta Vista Street at Rose Drive: An injury traffic accident was reported at 10:54 p.m. Tuesday.

* Coons Lane: A petty theft was reported in the 1000 block at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday.

* Lakeview Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 700 block at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday.

TUSTIN

* Red Hill Avenue: A stereo was stolen in the 14000 block at 11:03 p.m. Monday.

YORBA LINDA

* Fairmont Boulevard at Yorba Linda Boulevard: A noninjury traffic accident was reported at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday.

* Imperial Highway at Yorba Linda Boulevard: A noninjury traffic accident was reported at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities from the following cities did not release incident reports Thursday: Anaheim, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Dana Point, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Stanton, Villa Park and Westminster.
