Architecture Firm Appoints New Principal to Lead Interior Design

Timothy Clement has been appointed principal in charge of interior design at WWCOT, a Santa Monica-based architecture and interior design firm. Clement had been a principal at his own firm.

North Hollywood-based IPC Inc., a so-called hospitalist firm that works with physicians to manage patients’ hospital care, has created a consulting division and has named Jay Arnold as the executive director in charge of the unit. The Consulting Services unit will work with hospitals, medical groups and health plans to develop hospitalist programs.

Sony Pictures Entertainment has named Eugene Brown as vice president in its participation unit. He will be involved in compensation payments to the studio’s talent. Brown previously worked at the Writers Guild of America West as a senior executive.

Connie Williams has been named director of sales and marketing at Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. She previously had been with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts at its Hotel Vancouver.
