SEASON AT A GLANCE: Fullove, a 6-foot-5 forward who has committed to UC Santa Barbara, led Simi Valley to a 9-0 record entering a game Monday night against Mater Dei in the San Diego Nike Classic.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Fullove had 20 points and 10 rebounds in the Pioneers’ 71-48 victory over Champagnat Catholic (Florida) in the championship game of the Las Vegas Gold Cup tournament. He was selected most valuable player of the tournament. He scored 28 points in a 74-57 semifinal victory over Las Vegas Western.

SEASON AT A GLANCE: Beckler, who has committed to Rice, is in her fourth year as a starter for Alemany, ranked No. 3 in the region by The Times. She has led the Indians to the Simi Valley tournament title and third place in the Buena tournament. The two-time All-Valley selection is the top returning scorer in the region.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Beckler averaged 23.5 points to help the Indians win the Simi Valley tournament and earn most valuable player. She had 29 points and 10 steals in a 53-34 victory over the host Pioneers in the championship game.
