SAN CLEMENTE
The Planning Commission will meet tonight to consider a Cultural Heritage Permit for the remodeling of the Cornet Building on Avenida del Mar. Much of the exterior would remain the same but the building would be altered for use as a multiple-tenant commercial center with three residential units.
