BUENA PARK
The local American Legion chapter will hold a luncheon and auction Saturday to raise money for the Buena Park Library, damaged during last year’s El Nino storms. The public is invited to the noon spaghetti lunch, at 871 Whitaker St.; cost is $4. At 2 p.m., the legion plans to auction off such items as Beanie Babies and paintings. The library, 7150 La Palma Ave., sustained more than $90,000 in damage during the storms. Information: (714) 521-1179.
