TLC Is Still No. 1 in Southern California
The new Blackstreet collection debuted at No. 7 on the Southern California album chart, the only splash on a list that remained relatively unchanged. Hanging on to the top local spot, while slipping to No. 3 nationally, was TLC’s “Fanmail†album, whose single “No Scrubs†registered high both nationally and locally.
