The City Council on Tuesday will consider renewing a five-year lease for Bathgate Ranch to run a Christmas tree farm on city property. The city acquired the property in 1992; Bathgate Ranch had been leasing the land for many years prior to that. Bathgate will continue to pay the city 6% of two-thirds of the annual Christmas tree sales. Information: (949) 493-1171.
