Monte Gutowski passed for three touchdowns for the Marauders (2-3) in a Foothill Conference interdivisional game at Mesa (1-4).
Gutowski completed seven of 13 passes for 125 yards. Andre Velazquez had two touchdown receptions and Kevin Dolphin caught the third touchdown.
Kasey Young rushed for 158 yards in 22 carries and scored on a 24-yard run for Antelope Valley.
Antelope Valley scored 21 points in a seven-minute span from the end of the first half to midway through the third quarter to break a 7-7 tie.
Gutowski passed for a five-yard score to Velazqez to cap a nine-play, 77-yard drive and give Antelope Valley a 14-7 halftime lead.
Antelope Valley’s Shannon Byrne blocked a punt by Chris Stodghill, and Young scored on the next play early in the second half.
Stodghill fumbled while trying to punt on the next series. Antelope Valley’s Bobby Antee recovered and ran the ball in from the one yard-line to make the score 28-7.
The Marauders outgained Mesa, 403-218.
