Notre Dame 34, Pasadena 6--Seth Oseransky passed for 151 yards and four touchdowns, including two to wide receiver Todd Fenton, to power the Knights (5-0) at Notre Dame.
Oseransky, who completed eight of 12 passes, connected with running back Darin Barton for a 25-yard touchdown to give Notre Dame a 7-0 lead, one play after Noah Reeder sacked Pasadena quarterback Victor Anderson and Alec Moss recovered at the Pasadena 25.
The Knights took a 14-0 lead on the last play of the first quarter when Oseransky completed a four-yard scoring pass to Fenton, who finished with six catches for 91 yards. The touchdown came two plays after Serkan Sahin sacked punter Ed Canizales at the Pasadena nine.
Fenton’s 30-yard scoring reception late in the second quarter gave Notre Dame a 24-0 halftime lead.
The Knights’ last touchdown came on a five-yard pass from Oseransky to running back Trevin Lund in the third quarter, making the score 31-0.
Pasadena (2-3) scored on the last play of the game on a 75-yard run by Devon Floyd.
Christian Thomsen kicked field goals of 36 and 27 yards, missing from 40 yards, for Notre Dame.
