Sylmar 41, North Hollywood 0--David Contreras had 143 yards in 21 carries and scored three touchdowns to lead the Spartans at home.
Sylmar (2-2-1, 2-0) scored on its first three possessions. Contreras started the scoring with a four-yard run.
Corey Neal added scoring runs of three and five yards. Neal finished with 125 yards in 20 carries.
Contreras also scored on runs of 10 and three yards.
The Huskies (1-4, 1-1) were led by Mathew Hicks, who rushed for 51 yards in six carries. Sylmar held North Hollywood to 65 yards.
