* Update--The Braves are counting on Maddux to help them get back into the series. Atlanta played poorly defensively in the first two games at Turner Field and struggled offensively. Hitchcock outdueled Randy Johnson in the division series clincher against Houston. In his first postseason start, he gave up three hits and one run in six innings, winning 6-1. Hitchcock struck out 11--seven of the first nine batters. “I have no pressure on me,” Hitchcock said. “I’m not expected to win.”
