Santa Ana (1-3) vs. Cypress (1-3)
7 TONIGHT WESTERN HIGH
Santa Ana has scored 114 points in four games but will be missing 11 starters because of disciplinary reasons, including tailback Tony Jones. Saint Coach Mark Miller said he has been forced to call up replacements and cancel the junior varsity game. “I only had 10 varsity players,” he said. The Saints stopped a 30-game winless streak two weeks ago, defeating Bolsa Grande, 48-14. Cypress wide receiver Rich Herrera is tied for the county lead in receptions.
