Album Review / Pop
** The Band, “Jubilation,” Platinum Entertainment. The absence of Robbie Robertson and the late Richard Manuel has made the equation that much less, but the combined sounds of Levon Helm, Rick Danko and Garth Hudson remain mostly intact and familiar (if hardly legendary), especially on highlights “Last Train to Memphis” (with guest Eric Clapton) and Danko’s pretty “Book Faded Brown.”
