Crescenta Valley 38, La Canada 15--Scott Vossmeyer threw touchdown passes of 60 and 64 yards, and Steve Carballo returned a punt 60 yards for a score for the Falcons at La Canada.
Derrel Furatani of Crescenta Valley (3-1) rushed for 120 yards in 15 carries, including touchdown runs of 28 and 17 yards in the second half.
Vossmeyer completed seven of 12 passes for 202 yards, including touchdown passes to Jason Hogan and Geoff Clark. Quarterback Nate Dane of La Canada (1-3) completed 11 of 26 passes for 238 yards and one touchdown but had three passes intercepted.
La Canada’s Greg Swenson caught seven passes for 161 yards, including a 59-yard touchdown pass with 1:38 to play.
