Warmington Buys Land in Tierra Rejada Valley
Warmington Homes has purchased 7.76 acres of land on Tierra Rejada Road in Simi Valley.
The company will break ground this month on 25 homes ranging from 2,350 to 3,109 square feet. Warmington will offer the homes for sale in February, and purchasers will have August move-in dates.
Capital Commercial / NAI’s Simi Valley office represented the seller, Westgate Development, in the transaction. The sale price was not disclosed.
