Coyote Network Systems OKd for Nasdaq Listing
Coyote Network Systems in Westlake Village announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on Nasdaq’s National Market System under the symbol CYOE.
“We believe the move to Nasdaq will help raise our profile, increase liquidity and enhance long-term shareholder value as we position Coyote as an international high-technology company,” said James J. Fiedler, chairman and chief executive officer.
Coyote Network Systems provides telecom equipment and network services for local, long-distance and Internet delivery services. Its subsidiaries are Coyote Technologies of Westlake Village, American Gateway Telecommunications of Houston and Interactive Network Systems in Los Angeles.
