Jennifer Boxer was recently named director of the Children’s Museum at La Habra. She filled the position of Cathy Michaels, who resigned early this year.
A museum professional for 17 years, Boxer has served as a curriculum development consultant for the St. Louis Science Center, curriculum development manager for the California Museum of Science and Industry and museum educator for the Minnesota Historical Society. Also a published author, Boxer received the Distinguished Achievement Award for Excellence in Educational Journalism in 1997.
