ACLU Claim That Arbitration Deprives Citizens of Legal Rights Is Absurd
- Share via
The ACLU has lost its sense of direction by challenging the fairness of arbitration [“Judge Rejects Case Challenging Arbitration,” May 16].
In seeking redress through lawsuits instead of arbitration, what the pursuer wants is really a lotto jackpot and not merely justice.
For the ACLU to assert that arbitration deprives anyone of his legal rights is simply absurd.
In fact, no one will ever be fully entitled to his legal rights until the day when the cost of an average lawsuit does not exceed one’s annual property or state tax burden and takes no more than the lifetime of the latest Microsoft Windows version to resolve.
