U.S. Motto
People who spend the better part of their lives in ethnic enclaves, ever socializing with their own kind, favoring their own kind, marrying their own kind, promoting their own kind, primarily occupied with their own kind--yet, ever ready with index finger prepared to point at the prejudices of others, whether real or imagined--have not the slightest clue of what the motto of the United States is meant to convey. E pluribus unum means: Out of many, one. What a magnificent concept, even if applied to the entire planet.
Does it ever occur to the finger-pointers that the prejudice they so abhor in others is quite often a direct reaction to their own?
