Blues Traveler’s John Popper and a collaboration between Joan Osborne and Isaac Hayes will be part of a “Schoolhouse Rock the Vote” album combining the forces of the ABC cartoon instruction features and the rock activist organization Rock the Vote. The collection, due from Rhino Records in September, will feature both old and new material written by such “Schoolhouse Rock” regulars as Bob Dorough.
