Teacher Arrested in Molestation

Police arrested a Santa Ana elementary school teacher Tuesday on suspicion of molesting two 7-year-old girls and a 9-year-old girl, authorities said.
Investigators from the Santa Ana Police Child Abuse Detail arrested Jerome Thompson Wilhoit, a teacher at Davis Elementary School, on six felony counts of child molestation, Sgt. Steve Despenas said. Wilhoit, 36, was being held at Santa Ana City Jail on $100,000 bail.
Wilhoit previously taught at Carl Harvey Elementary School in Santa Ana, Despenas said.
