Bergen Brunswig Acquires Pacific Criticare

Bergen Brunswig Corp. said it has completed its acquisition of privately held Pacific Criticare Inc., a Hawaii distributor of medical-surgical products. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Orange-based Bergen, which distributes health-care products, said the acquisition will allow it to expand into new Pacific markets.
