City Council to Meet at Community Venue
In its continuing effort to bring government to the people, the Los Angeles City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight in Boyle Heights.
The council will meet at the Puente Learning Center, 501 S. Boyle Ave., at 7 p.m. Council members will conduct their regular business.
The council’s agenda appears to be routine, but members will probably discuss Monday’s tragic Fire Department helicopter crash, in which a young girl and three firefighters were killed.
