Charter Reform Meetings Slated

The Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission will hold another in a series of meetings to gather citizen input on reforming city government.
The meeting is scheduled for Monday at 6 p.m. at Vine Street Elementary School, 955 N. Vine St., Hollywood. Information: (213) 977-6700.
The commission will meet Wednesday to make decisions on the balance of power at City Hall. The session will be held at 1 p.m. at USC’s Davidson Center at Figueroa Street and Jefferson Boulevard.
“Our goal is to clarify the roles of key city officials so the public can hold them accountable,” said commission Chairman George Kieffer.
