Day Runner Investors OK Split

IRVINE — Day Runner Inc., the maker of personal organizers and other home-office products, said Tuesday that shareholders approved a 2-for-1 stock split and a doubling of its authorized shares of common stock, to 30 million shares. The additional shares will be distributed March 30 to stockholders of record today. The company has 5.8 million shares outstanding.
