IRVINE — New Dimension Software said Monday that its Eagle-Eye Control Software subsidiary in Tel Aviv has signed a three-year, $882,000 licensing contract with a major Los Angeles-based food company.
Terms of the contract prohibit identification of the food company, said a spokeswoman for the Irvine firm.
EagleEye designed and produces a software system that automates the management of the various data security systems used in complex corporate computer networks.
New Dimension, the U.S. subsidiary of New Dimension Software Ltd. of Tel Aviv, develops and markets programs that manage the software run on corporate computer networks. The 14-year-old company has about 350 employees, half in Irvine and half in Israel.
