Pacific Gulf Buys Plant

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said Monday it has bought a 168,000-square-foot distribution plant in Garden Grove for $9 million. The property was purchased from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
Pacific Gulf, a real estate investment trust, now owns about 2.2 million square feet in Orange County and a total of 12.1 million square feet of industrial properties.
