AutoNation Signs Lease in Oxnard

Representatives of the AutoNation USA chain have signed a long-term lease for 23 acres of land adjacent to the 101 Freeway in Oxnard.
AutoNation plans to open a used-car superstore on the property within the next six months.
CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura represented the landowner, McGaelic Group, in the lease negotiations.
