Palos Verdes Peninsula 55, Long Beach Wilson 40--Natalie Kelly had 22 points for the second-seeded Panthers (28-3), who were making their fifth appearance in a final in seven seasons.
It was their third title.
Tiffany Harz added eight points for Peninsula, who won its 24th consecutive game.
Unseeded Wilson (24-4), playing in its first final, got 11 points from Dawn McCullough and nine points from Kim Gildersleeve.
The Bruins led, 29-28, midway through the third quarter before Penninsula closed the period with an 8-0 run.
