Sares-Regis Group Awarded $100-Million Development

IRVINE — Sares-Regis Group said Thursday it has been chosen to build three apartment complexes totaling $100 million at a master-planned Rancho Cucamonga development.
The complexes at Lewis Homes’ Terra Vista community will have 900 units and include pools, spas, clubhouses, fitness centers and business centers. Sares-Regis managing director Geoffrey Stack called the deal “opportunistic” for both companies, allowing Lewis to concentrate on its specialty of single-family homes.
Sares-Regis, based in Irvine, develops, builds and manages a variety of residential and commercial real estate, and has developed more than 15,000 multifamily housing units.
