Library Hours Cut Back Temporarily

The Oak View Library will be closed on Wednesday evenings through at least July, county library officials announced.
Library officials say the temporary move is due to an unexpected medical leave by the librarian and difficulty finding a replacement.
“We’re hoping that maybe by the end of July we’ll have it resolved,” library spokeswoman Trish Cavanaugh said.
The new hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 5:45 p.m.; Tuesday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 5:45 p.m.; Saturday 1 to 5 p.m.
The library is at 469 N. Ventura Ave.
