* Credit Suisse Group and Warburg Pincus Asset Management Inc. are forming a new jointly owned company to sell each other’s investment funds on several continents. The alliance is designed initially to expand Credit Suisse’s mutual fund and 401(k) retirement plan business in the U.S. and to let Warburg Pincus broaden its presence in Britain and Japan.
