Singer Weiland Faces Drug Charges Again

Stone Temple Pilots lead singer Scott Weiland, whose battle with drugs once landed him in a treatment center, was arrested with about $100 worth of heroin as he left a Manhattan housing project. Weiland, 30, was charged with criminal trespassing and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
