District Announces 9 Principal Players

The Capistrano Unified School District has announced nine administrative appointments for the 1998-99 school year. They are:
* Suzette Lovely and Jolene Dougherty, who will share responsibility for districtwide elementary programs.
* Donald Mahoney, administrator for the special education department.
New principals will be:
* Linda Mulhaupt, Las Flores Elementary School.
* Cheryl Baughn, Berenice Ayer Middle School.
* Curt Visca, Wood Canyon Elementary School.
* Pamela Watkins, Bathgate Elementary School.
* Debbie McCormick, Lobo Elementary School.
* Kathy Kirtz, George White Elementary School.
