Retaining-Wall Work Will Delay Traffic

Commuters using California 150 near Thomas Aquinas College north of Santa Paula can expect delays this week as construction continues on a retaining wall project.
Caltrans flag holders will be posted in both directions on a one-mile section of the route through Friday, and 30-minute delays are anticipated.
A retaining wall to stabilize a slope area damaged by El Nino storms will be under construction.
Nighttime closure of the highway will begin at a later date.
