The Patriarchs . . .

Thanks so much for “Patriarchs” (by Daniel Nussbaum, June 21). What a pleasure to be able to read real life stories shared by mature men who have experienced parts of our 20th century drama. Congratulations on presenting a positive collection of memories from positive men who have a profound and proper sense of their place in American history.
