Children’s Festival to Be Held at Music Box Steps
- Share via
A children’s festival will be held today at the Music Box Steps--the 133 stairs that were featured in the
1932 Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy film “The Music Box.”
The comedians played a pair of bungling piano movers in the Oscar-winning short.
The festival is sponsored by the Silver Lake Improvement Assn. and will feature free food, live entertainment, a raffle of Dodger tickets and a screening of the film.
The festival will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday at Del Monte Park, 923 Vendome St.
