Anti-Drug Ads

President Clinton and House Speaker Newt Gingrich announced a badly needed $2-billion campaign to eliminate the scourge of drugs among our teenagers (July 10). But wait a minute. If the ad agencies are donating their time, and the radio and TV stations get their air time from us for nothing, where does the money go? Or do the broadcast facilities get paid for allowing us to use our own airwaves?
