Orange National Bancorp: The parent company of Orange National Bank said second-quarter net income reached a record $861,000, or 44 cents a share, 13% higher than the $760,000, or 39 cents a share, for the year-earlier figure. Net income for the first six months rose 7% to $1.5 million from $1.4 million. Total assets increased 14% to $249.1 million from $218.6 million.
