Microwave Components Companies Join Forces

Microwave Communications Corp. of Valencia has acquired P & H Laboratories of Simi Valley.
P & H will temporarily remain in Simi Valley but eventually will move to Valencia, said Roy Medlin, chief operating officer for Microwave Communications.
Microwave Communications acquired P & H from Dynamics Corp. in Scottsdale, Ariz. Both companies manufacture microwave components.
