Gillom Leads Mercury, 76-60

Jennifer Gillom had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Phoenix Mercury to a 76-60 victory over the Cleveland Rockers Friday night before 13,407 at Phoenix.
Phoenix (9-3) pulled away from the Rockers (6-6) with late runs of 7-0 and 14-2.
Charlotte 63, Sacramento 55--The Monarchs (4-9), coming off a victory over the Sparks on the road, lost to the Sting (10-3) before 5,985 at Sacramento as Andrea Stinson scored 18.
