* 1/2 Cleopatra, “Comin’ Atcha,” Maverick. These three teenage sisters are already a major pop sensation in Britain. But the U.K. was also responsible for the Spice Girls, so make of that what you will. There’s nothing earthshaking on this debut release, although the girls are appealing on the lilting, ethereal “The Bird Song,” and they evoke the Jackson 5 on a version of “I Want You Back.”
