3 Held on Suspicion of Drug Violations
Police officers responding to a domestic-violence call at an F Street home arrested two men and a woman on suspicion of drug violations.
Investigators arrived at the residence about 11:15 p.m. Sunday and tried to talk to people in the backyard. They were confronted by a man who walked toward them carrying a .357 magnum revolver, police said.
The man, identified by police as Rene Sylvester Willis, soon dropped the gun. Willis, 40, is on probation for several drug- and theft-related offenses, according to police.
After a search of his residence turned up cocaine and heroin, he was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale and being in possession of a firearm, police said. Willis was being held at Ventura County Jail on $20,000 bail.
Also at the residence, police arrested Judson Sue Alaniz, 39, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing a crack pipe. She was being held at the county jail on $5,000 bail.
Albert Frank Celli, 46, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of heroin. He was being held on $5,000 bail.
