Starr Setback
Another setback for independent counsel Kenneth Starr (“Tax Evasion Case Against Hubbell Is Thrown Out,” July 2). I’m not sure wo he works for, but if he were in my employ, it would go something like this: “In my office, now. You’ve spent $40 million and you’ve gotten nothing but rumor. You’re either incompetent or there is nothing to be found. You’re fired!”
