ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., one of the largest Fannie Mae lenders in the nation, announced that for the first time, loans in process at the company have exceeded $1 billion. In 1997, the company closed $752 million in loans.
Calabasas-based ARCS, a nationwide commercial mortgage banking firm, also has opened a second Florida office, located in Boca Raton. ARCS had opened an office in Jacksonville two years ago, one of 13 offices nationwide.
The new Florida office, which will be managed by Barry Krinsky, was opened in response to “the continuing growth and importance of the Florida market,” according to a company news release.
