Mackie Buying Fussion Audio

Mackie Designs Inc. acquired two audio product companies, including Fussion Audio Inc. of Costa Mesa. Mackie, which is based in Woodinville, Wash., also acquired Radio Cine Forniture SpA, Reggio Emilia, Italy. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Mackie Designs said Radio Cine and Fussion develop speakers. Mackie Designs makes audio systems.
