Help Sought to Find Man Missing From Care Facility

Police are seeking help in locating a 21-year-old mentally handicapped man who has been missing since early Tuesday.
Luis Moreno was last seen heading to a special education class at Cypress College about 7 a.m. He left a care facility near Stanton and LaPalma avenues but never returned, officials said.
Police Sgt. Ken Coovert said Moreno has failed to return home at least once before, showing up after sleeping one night on the school grounds. Moreno has a mental age of a 9- to 12-year-old, Coovert said. He is 5-foot-7 and 135 pounds.
